Job summary

Wholesure Inc., a division of Acrisure, seeks an experienced Commercial Underwriting Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the underwriting team. You will process policy transactions, maintain documentation, and coordinate servicing activities with underwriters, carrier partners, and agents to ensure timely, compliant processing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process insurance quotes, endorsements, policy changes, cancellations, and other servicing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to agent, broker, and client inquiries via phone, email, and other channels while providing exceptional customer service.
• Review and process new business submissions and supporting documentation per carrier guidelines and agency procedures.
• Assist underwriters and other partners with preparation and processing of binding documentation and policy issuance.
• Maintain accurate underwriting files, policy records, and supporting documentation in agency systems.
• Coordinate collection, organization, and filing of policy documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Follow up with agents, carriers, and clients to obtain outstanding information and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with underwriters, carriers, and internal teams to support efficient policy processing.
• Prioritize workloads while meeting productivity, quality, and service standards.
