Qualifications

• 5-7 years title underwriting experience, commercial focus

Responsibilities

• Provide underwriting support and authorization for title commitments and policies
• Review and underwrite title searches for energy/renewable projects
• Analyze property records (liens, easements, licenses, etc.) affecting real property
• Identify title issues impacting development, financing, or closing of projects
• Coordinate with title, escrow, legal, and customer teams to move transactions forward
• Communicate title requirements and curative needs clearly to partners
