Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Counsel, Commercial Transactions to support the commercial contracting function and strategic business initiatives. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, negotiating SaaS and cloud service agreements, AI-enabled offerings, and data processing contracts.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, Security, and others to enable growth, manage legal risk, and develop scalable contracting processes. A hybrid remote/work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience negotiating SaaS, software, cloud services and data processing agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations of software, SaaS, cloud services and strategic partnerships.
• Provide legal advice and business counsel on commercial issues.
• Improve contracting processes and standard forms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Security, IT and Compliance.
• Support pricing initiatives and governance projects.
• Navigate AI-enabled product considerations and regulatory concerns.
