Job summary

Silicon Ranch seeks a Commercial Transactions/Finance attorney with 4–7+ years of experience to support corporate and project finance, M&A, and general corporate functions. The role partners with Senior Legal Counsel and cross-functional teams to structure, negotiate, and execute complex commercial and financing transactions.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited US law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one state; ability to obtain bar admission in Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general commercial and financing matters, including corporate and project finance, M&A, and deal flow management.
• Draft, negotiate, and administer key agreements: PPA, REC purchase/sale, asset and stock purchase agreements, consulting/services agreements; assist with financing agreements.
• Supervise outside counsel where engaged and provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice to internal teams.
