Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in commercial title underwriting, including Tennessee transactions.
• Strong knowledge of ALTA standards, escrow procedures, and commercial title insurance practices.
• Active Tennessee underwriter license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys on mixed-finance transactions and projects.
• Underwrite purchase, refinance, and construction transactions.
• Draft and issue title commitments, policies, and endorsements.
• Coordinate and manage closings, including document preparation.
