Job summary

Sullivan Tire & Auto Service in Brentwood, MD is seeking a Shop Service Technician to perform tire and tire-related services at our commercial service facility. You will work safely and follow OSHA and company policies while meeting customer needs.

The role involves mounting, demounting, balancing and repairing tires, inspecting vehicles, documenting work, and contributing to customer satisfaction. Prior tire service experience is preferred; you must lift 125 lbs, hold a valid CDL medical card,

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift 125 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License with DOT medical card.
• TIA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Mounts, demounts, balances and repairs tires and wheels at the commercial service center as directed.
• Inspects tires, vehicles and equipment before and after service and notes needed services.
• Documents work performed accurately according to company policy.
• Provides high level of customer satisfaction and helps build long-term relationships.
• Operates company vehicles safely and per policies and laws.
• Keeps work areas clean and organized and reports maintenance needs.
