Job summary

Sullivan Tire & Auto Service is seeking a Shop Service Technician to perform tire and tire-related services at our commercial service facility. You will mount, demount, balance, and repair tires, inspect vehicles, and document work.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and efficient service delivery, with opportunities to advance within an employee-owned company that values teamwork and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior tire service experience preferred.
• Must lift 125 lbs and hold a valid DOT medical card.
• TIA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Mount, demount, balance and repair tires and wheels at the commercial service center.
• Inspect tires, vehicles and equipment before/after service and note needed services.
• Document work performed accurately.
• Provide high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Operate company vehicles safely and follow laws and company policies.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and manage tools/equipment.
• Perform other shop duties as assigned by management.
