Job summary

Sullivan Tire & Auto Service is seeking a Shop Service Technician to perform tire and related services at our commercial service facility. You will mount, demount, balance, and repair tires, inspect vehicles, and document work while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include following procedures, maintaining clean work areas, and supporting senior technicians with various shop tasks as needed. A DOT medical card and TIA certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Mounts, demounts, balances and repairs tires and wheels at the service center.
• Inspects tires, vehicles and equipment before and after service and notes needed services.
• Documents work performed accurately per company policy.
• Provides high level of customer satisfaction to build long-term relationships.
• Operates company vehicles safely and follows all laws and policies.
• Keeps work areas clean and reports maintenance needs.
• Performs wheel refurbishment, paint, foam fill, and tire/casing receiving.
• Performs other shop tasks as assigned by the Commercial Service Manager or Senior Technician.
• Assumes additional responsibilities as required.
