Job summary

Wonderland Tire in Zeeland, MI is seeking a Commercial Tire Technician to join our growing team. We provide training and certification for commercial tire service, with a typical 40-hour schedule and overtime opportunities.

You will work on mounting, dismounting, and balancing tires, lifting heavy loads, and performing service at various locations including customer sites. Experience is preferred but not required, as we offer comprehensive training and a supportive team environment with

• Great work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to maneuver up to 100 pounds.
• Previous tire service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lift and jack semi-trucks, box trucks, and other commercial-rated vehicles.
• Bolt and unbolt wheel assemblies.
• Dismount, mount, and balance tire and wheels.
• Air tires in safety cage.
• Torque wheel assemblies.
• Repair flats.
• Perform work inside the shop, at customers’ business, or on the side of the road.

Experience is preferred but not required because we provide training and certification for commercial tire service.
