Job summary

Wonderland Tire in Appleton, WI is seeking a Commercial Tire Technician to join our growing, family-owned team. You’ll lift and service heavy trucks, mount and balance tires, and work at shops, customer sites, or on the road, following safety protocols.

We offer 40 hours per week with overtime, competitive pay with commission, full benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, and paid training in a friendly, clean shop environment.

Qualifications

• Great work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to maneuver up to 100 pounds.
• Previous tire service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lift and jack semi-trucks, box trucks, and other commercial-rated vehicles.
• Bolt and unbolt wheel assemblies.
• Dismount, mount, and balance tire and wheels.
• Air tires in safety cage.
• Torque wheel assemblies.
• Repair flats.
• Perform work inside the shop, at customers’ business, or on the side of the road.
