Job summary

Wonderland Tire in Zeeland, MI is hiring a Commercial Tire Technician. You will lift and service heavy trucks, mount and balance tires, and perform roadside and on-site work with state-of-the-art equipment.

Experience is preferred but training and certification are provided. We offer competitive pay with overtime and full benefits, including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and a year-end profit-sharing bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to maneuver up to 100 pounds.
• Experience in tire service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lift and jack semi-trucks, box trucks, and other commercial-rated vehicles.
• Bolt and unbolt wheel assemblies.
• Dismount, mount, and balance tires and wheels.
• Air tires in safety cage.
• Torque wheel assemblies.
• Repair flats.
• Perform work inside the shop, at customers’ business, or on the side of the road.

Experience is preferred but not required because we provide training and certification for commercial tire service.
