Les Schwab Tire Centers in Prosser, WA is hiring for tire and wheel technicians. You will install, rotate, repair, and rebalance tires, calibrate TPMS, and test drive vehicles as needed.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Lifts 35–75 pounds repeatedly; ability to bend, twist, kneel and stand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; balance wheels.
• Install/repair TPMS calibration and relearn.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite work.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• attaching and rebalancing wheels
• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• washing tires and wheels
• testing and installing batteries
• using and maintenance of equipment
• assisting other employees
• test driving vehicles
• operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales
• uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment
• frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds
• frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing

Pay and Benefits

• $14.85 - $24.50 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
