Job summary

Les Schwab in Ogden is seeking a Commercial Tire Service Technician to handle installation, maintenance and sales of commercial tires and wheels, delivering exceptional customer service in line with policy and conduct. The role includes towing, on-site repairs, and offsite road service support.

Responsibilities include tire installation, rotation, balancing, TPMS calibration, and battery testing, while promoting store sales and the Best Tire Value Promise.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

The Commercial Tire Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of Commercial tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• attaching and rebalancing wheels
• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS

• assisting other employees

$14.85 - $24.50 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
