Job summary

Les Schwab is hiring a Commercial Tire Service Technician to install, maintain, and sell commercial tires and wheels while delivering outstanding customer service. You will perform tire installation, rotation, repair, balancing, TPMS calibration, and related duties per company policy.

The position involves lifting heavy tires, operating service vehicles, and participating in offsite and emergency road service as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds and ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.

Commercial Tire Service Technician (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Commercial Tire Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of Commercial tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteriesUsing and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Qualifications

Pay and Benefits

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met.
