Les Schwab in Mitchell, SD is seeking a Commercial Tire Service Technician responsible for tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will service tires and wheels, perform TPMS calibration, and assist customers while upholding company policies.

Commercial Tire Service Technician (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Commercial Tire Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of Commercial tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintaining equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Providing excellent customer service, promoting store sales, and using the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Qualifications

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $14.85 – $23.15 per hour.
