Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate to install and maintain tires and wheels, perform repairs, rotations, and TPMS calibration, and test drive vehicles. You will provide friendly, high-quality customer service and support store sales goals.

Candidates should have a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and be able to lift 35–75 pounds in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided on the job, with opportunities for career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds and physical activity required.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; repair, rotate, and inflate tires; attach and rebalance wheels.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS; wash tires and wheels; test drive vehicles.
• Assist other employees and provide excellent customer service; promote store sales.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
