Les Schwab is hiring a Commercial Tire Service Technician to handle tire installation, maintenance, and sales while delivering excellent customer service. The role includes offsite road service and test drives, using specialized tire equipment, and contributing to store goals.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, perform tire repairs and TPMS work, and support teammates in daily shop operations. A valid driver's license is required for this position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Commercial Tire Service Technician (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Commercial Tire Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of Commercial tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteriesUsing and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Qualifications

Valid driver's license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Pay and Benefits

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met.
