Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service role in Kalispell, MT. The position focuses on tire installation, maintenance, rotation and sales while delivering excellent customer service and adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities include tire and wheel installation, TPMS calibration, battery testing, vehicle test drives, and offsite/emergency road service. Benefits include insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, disability, discounts and tuition assistance.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
