Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate for tire installation, maintenance, and sales. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and the Code of Conduct.

You will perform tire and wheel installation, rotation, TPMS calibration, battery testing, and offsite service with a focus on safety and efficiency, in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience

Pay and Benefits

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
