Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Washington state seeks a Sales & Service associate responsible for sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, delivering excellent customer service and following company policies and Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities include installation and maintenance of tires and wheels, repair, rotation, inflating tires, mounting/relearning/calibrating TPMS, test driving, and supporting offsite road services, with on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35-75 pounds and regular bending, twisting, kneeling, and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS.
• Wash tires and wheels; test-drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency work.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing / rebuilding and/or relearning / calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience: Les Schwab offers opportunities for a variety of skills, with on-the job training.
