A leading manufacturer is seeking a Commercial Territory Sales Manager to join their team. The role focuses on building distributor relationships and providing technical guidance on stormwater projects. This position involves significant travel and offers a competitive compensation package.
Location : Oklahoma or Arkansas (Remote, 75% travel in 1st year)

Join a growing manufacturer as a Commercial Territory Sales Manager. Focus on building distributor relationships and providing technical guidance to civil engineers and contractors on stormwater projects.
Responsibilities :
Prospect and grow the sales territory
Build strong relationships with distributors, engineers, and contractors
Lead sales calls, presentations, and product demos
Monitor regional projects for sales opportunities
Provide quotes, follow up, and close sales
Assist with submittals, specifications, and product training
Attend occasional company meetings
Qualifications :
5 years of sales experience in manufacturing, stormwater, or civil infrastructure
Knowledge of site and civil construction projects
Willingness to travel 75% in the first year (home most weekends)
Compensation & Benefits :
Base Commission ($85,000–$150,000)
401(k) with company match
