The ideal candidate will guide the organization's sales force by reviewing sales results, pursuing effective training, and setting goals for sales teams. This candidate should have the ability to understand customers’ needs in a given territory and educate the sales force on effective sales techniques for the area.

Position Summary

Responsible for sales within a designated geographical territory, including sales and marketing efforts to produce and maintain the required revenue budget for the territory.

Position Responsibilities
  1. Develop in-depth knowledge of our products.
  2. With assistance from RSD, develop and execute a sales plan that meets or exceeds goals for the territory.
  3. Maintain regular visits with existing customers.
  4. Continuously work to expand the customer account base.
  5. Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with existing and new customers.
  6. Maintain close contact with Sales Support Functions including Customer Service, Planning, Pricing, and Claims.
  7. Stay informed about relevant marketplace dynamics including product trends and competitive intelligence, and inform the Regional Vice President accordingly.
  8. Complete required sales reporting in a timely manner.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of selling experience in a dealer-driven environment with a proven track record of success.
  • Product and market knowledge.
  • Ability to work from a home office.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to follow through projects to completion.
  • Strong administrative skills with timely reporting.
