Koley Jessen P.C., L.L.O. seeks a Commercial and Technology Agreements Attorney (0-2 years) to join the CAT Practice Group in Omaha. The role involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating vendor, technology and SaaS contracts for diverse clients nationwide.

Collaboration, precise drafting and strong analytical skills are essential for success. You will work with sophisticated clients across industries, leveraging research abilities and a team-oriented culture inside a modern Omaha office.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in CAT.
• Experience reviewing, revising, drafting, managing and negotiating a variety of vendor and supply chain contracts.
• Ability to research, draft, interpret and summarize commercial and technology contracts.
• Licensed or eligible to practice law in Nebraska.
• Experience with NDAs, supply agreements, service agreements, software license agreements and SaaS agreements.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Plus: privacy, data security and IP experience.
