Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of experience in commercial and technology transactions, Nebraska licensure or eligibility, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in commercial and technology transactions.
• Licensed or eligible to practice law in Nebraska.
• Experience with NDAs, supply agreements, service agreements, software license agreements, and SaaS agreements.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent academic and professional credentials.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor and supply chain contracts, including technology and licensing agreements.
• Research, draft, interpret, and summarize commercial and technology contracts.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Work closely with a select group of Fortune 500 clients.
