Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Financial Products Underwriting operations and improve workflow efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for Production Underwriting team.
• Assess underwritten risk quality and volume; compile reports for insights.
• Leverage relationships with stakeholders to drive profitable growth.
• Oversee policy renewals and modifications; identify improvements and risks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by monitoring reports and driving improvements.
• Oversee product and service promotions to align with market growth objectives.
• Oversee underwriting rules, rating manuals, and insurance regulations.
