As a Commercial Support Manager - Government, you will develop solutions for Government business, providing end-to-end support across the US and Canada. You will analyze business data, collaborate with leaders and partners to solve business needs, and leverage various tools. The ideal candidate will have strong business process knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to build successful customer relationships to deliver innovative projects and support our growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing quotes, awards, and order entries for Government/Military customers
• Managing IDIQ proposals, bid reviews, and contractual compliance
• Supporting government audits, contract closeouts, and payment processes
• Monitoring government contracts and compliance workflows
• Leading efforts with government agencies, including site audits and contractor qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 4+ years managing government contracts
• At least 3+ years in sales operations with government contracts
• Ability to develop sales strategies, build customer trust, and communicate complex technical content
• Technical knowledge of energy products and customer needs
