Job summary

Zenas BioPharma is seeking a hands-on Manager, Commercial Supply Chain Operations to lead day-to-day planning, scheduling, and logistics for our commercial products across a network of CDMOs and 3PLs. The role focuses on DP-to-FG progression, FG scheduling, and inventory control to ensure reliable supply and maximize shelf life after DP release.

You will collaborate across Technical Operations, Quality, and Commercial teams, support S&OP, respond to temperature excursions, and help build

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years hands-on pharmaceutical supply chain experience.
• Experience in biologics DS/DP planning and scheduling.
• FG scheduling to maximize shelf life after DP release.
• Inventory management across CDMOs and 3PLs in GMP.
• Shipping/logistics including cold-chain.
• Experience with AI tools to automate planning and reporting.
• Advanced Excel and Smartsheet skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Hybrid work at Waltham, MA with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan DP through packaging into FG and schedule FG runs after DP release.
• Maintain finite production schedules at CDMOs.
• Own inventory control across CDMOs and 3PLs.
• Report inventory across network with batch status and expiry.
• Coordinate shipping and logistics, including cold-chain.
• Respond to temperature excursions with QA and partners.
• Contribute to S&OP and surface supply risks.
• Collaborate with Quality, Technical Operations and external partners.
• Develop tools/processes to scale supply chain using AI.
• Track key metrics to drive visibility and continuous improvement.
• Maintain clear records.
