Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly skilled Permanent Commercial Superintendent to join our fast-paced South Florida team. This role requires leadership, strong project management, and a deep knowledge of commercial construction processes from conception to completion.

You will oversee banking, healthcare, corporate spaces, and some industrial projects, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety, review plans, and maintain thorough project documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar commercial construction superintendent role.
• Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and building codes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder liaison.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Track record of successfully completing commercial projects.
• Certification in construction management or related field is a plus.

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Commercial Superintendent to join our dynamic and fast-paced construction team. This is a pivotal role that requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of commercial construction processes, project management, and team coordination. Responsibilities

1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle and ensuring that projects are completed within the stipulated time and budget.
2. Coordinating and supervising the activities of construction teams and subcontractors to ensure tasks are executed according to plan.
3. Implementing and enforcing site safety measures and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
4. Reviewing and interpreting project blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure project accuracy.
5. Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and architects on project planning and execution.
6. Resolving any job site issues promptly and effectively to prevent project delays.
7. Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality workmanship.
8. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and correspondence.
9. Managing project resources efficiently and maintaining open communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and changes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Commercial Superintendent position should possess the following qualifications:
