Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly skilled Permanent Commercial Superintendent for South Florida. The role leads the construction team, oversees the project life cycle, and ensures on-time, within-budget delivery of commercial projects.

You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects, enforce site safety, review blueprints, and drive flawless execution. A track record in commercial builds and OSHA knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years proven experience in a similar commercial role.
• Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and building codes.
• Exceptional leadership and team management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office.
• Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Track record of managing commercial projects to completion.
• Cetification in construction management or related field is advantageous.

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Commercial Superintendent to join our dynamic and fast-paced construction team. This is a pivotal role that requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of commercial construction processes, project management, and team coordination. 1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle and ensuring that projects are completed within the stipulated time and budget.
2. Coordinating and supervising the activities of construction teams and subcontractors to ensure tasks are executed according to plan.

4. Reviewing and interpreting project blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure project accuracy.
5. Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and architects on project planning and execution.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Commercial Superintendent position should possess the following qualifications:
