Job summary

Leoforce is seeking an experienced construction professional to lead field operations on high-profile Bay Area projects. You will oversee planning, procurement, and subcontractor supervision to ensure timely delivery while enforcing safety standards.

The role requires strong CPM scheduling, MEP systems knowledge, and experience with unions and dispatching. You will coordinate crane sizing, site logistics, and QA/QC through closeout, contributing to safe, quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction.
• 8+ years of progressive construction experience with leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, CPM scheduling, and cost/change reporting.
• Experience working with unions and dispatching capabilities.
• OSHA 30 certification or BCSP equivalent.

• Promote and enforce jobsite safety, cleanliness, and all safety policies and procedures
• Build and maintain the project schedule, managing changes in schedule and scope
• Oversee QA/QC, inspections, and punch list execution through closeout
• Plan site logistics, hoisting, and vertical transportation, including crane sizing and placement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of progressive construction experience, including 2+ years as a foreman or 4+ years as an assistant superintendent
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, CPM scheduling (P6 or equivalent), and cost reports and change orders
• Experience working with unions and dispatching
• OSHA 30 (or BCSP certification)
