Job summary

RIMEPRO INC. is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on major Bay Area projects. You will own safety, quality, schedule, logistics, and daily execution, while guiding foremen, subcontractors, and project teams.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years as a primary Superintendent on complex commercial/multifamily jobs, strong coordination skills, and proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6 and MS Office. A Construction Management degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as the primary Superintendent on multifamily, commercial, or similarly complex projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, safety, and field coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; collaborative, accountable leadership.
• Experience with Procore, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from project startup through closeout.
• Own project safety, quality, schedule, logistics, and day-to-day execution.
• Lead and develop foremen, field staff, subcontractors, and project team members.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, architects, engineers, consultants, unions, and other stakeholders.
• Review plans, specs, shop drawings for constructability and coordination.
• Drive project schedules and manpower planning to keep projects moving.
• Lead daily site walks, safety meetings, pre-task meetings, foreman meetings, and staff meetings.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, project partners, subcontractors, and the community.
• Identify field issues early and develop solutions with the project team.
• Maintain project documentation including RFIs, ASIs, as-builts, daily reports.
• Champion safety culture and hold teams to high standards.
• Mentor and develop the next generation of field leaders.

You will have a meaningful voice in the project, work alongside an experienced Project Management team, and play a critical role from preconstruction through final closeout.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all field operations from project startup through closeout

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Superintendent who knows how to run a job, lead people, solve problems, and deliver results.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 4+ years of experience as the primary Superintendent on multifamily, commercial, or similarly complex projects
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, building trades, scheduling, safety, and field coordination
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to hold people accountable
• Experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Construction Management or related degree preferred
• Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office
