Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions LLC in Las Vegas seeks a Senior Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on large, mission-critical projects. You will drive schedules, coordinate multiple trade partners, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across complex facilities.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in general contracting or electrical construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with Procore and related tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent in General Contracting or electrical construction.
• Experience leading large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, manufacturing, semiconductor, healthcare, or data-center projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trade partners while maintaining schedule, quality, and budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar platforms.
• OSHA certifications and safety credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations with a relentless focus on safety, quality, productivity, and schedule.
• Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors, trade partners, vendors, and field personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
• Drive construction schedules, manpower planning, sequencing, and milestone completion on large, complex projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, Owners, Design Teams, and Client Representatives to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
• Conduct regular jobsite meetings and communicate progress, risks, and recovery strategies to leadership.
• Ensure work aligns with specifications, quality standards, and contract requirements.
• Oversee inspections, commissioning, turnover planning, punch lists, and closeout.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and leadership development while mentoring field leaders.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent within General Contracting or Electrical Construction.
• Experience leading large commercial, industrial, mission‑critical, manufacturing, semiconductor, healthcare, or data‑center projects is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trade partners while maintaining schedule, quality, and budget expectations.
• Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, technically demanding construction environment.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms is preferred.
• OSHA certifications and additional safety credentials are considered a plus.
