Job summary

Tremco is seeking skilled exterior facade technicians to perform installation, repair, and finishing of stucco, EIFS, and plaster systems on commercial and multifamily projects in the Gainesville area. The role requires careful attention to quality, safety, and customer interaction.

Responsibilities include applying stucco, EIFS, and plaster, repairing damage, reading blueprints, and coordinating with foremen to ensure adherence to project specs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of commercial caulking and waterproofing experience.
• Commercial facade restoration experience required.
• Knowledge of EIFS systems, plastering techniques, and waterproofing details.
• Reliable transportation to job sites and willingness to travel as required.
• Excellent teamwork and strong attendance; overtime may be required.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred; Blueprint reading is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install traditional three-coat stucco systems on commercial and multifamily projects.
• Install and repair EIFS when required.
• Mix and apply stucco materials using hand tools and spraying equipment.
• Repair cracks, damaged stucco, and exterior facade systems.
• Maintain alignment, texture, and finish quality to specs.
• Work from scaffolding, aerial lifts, and swing stages as needed.
• Adhere to Tremco CPG Safety Standards and keep job sites organized.
• Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with specifications.
