Abbott is seeking a Commercial Execution Manager in Sylmar, CA or Austin, TX to drive high-impact commercial initiatives for the Cardiac Rhythm Technologies division. This onsite role reports to the Director of Commercial Execution and oversees a 1200+ field team to improve implants and revenue.

You will analyze large data sets, identify trends, and lead cross-functional improvements to maximize ROI and align with time horizons from pre-launch to 18 months out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 9 years in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, complex process improvement initiatives tied to commercial implant execution.
• Deliver strategic results in conjunction with division goals and objectives.
• Evaluate business processes to yield greater productivity and efficiency.
