Dissect market dynamics and agency trading arm feedback to identify programmatic commercial incentive white-space opportunities.
Establish standardized commercial frameworks for programmatic incentive pilots, bridging product gaps and testing customer elasticity without immediate engineering resources.
Architect and define the operational blueprints and margin parameters to evaluate, graduate, and scale mature, validated programmatic pilots into core, repeatable incentive programs.
Partner across GMP leadership, Product GTM, Ads Finance, Business Accounting, and regional sales teams to deploy sustainable platform incentive models aligned with YouTube GTM goals.
