Job summary

DHL Express USA is seeking a Commercial Program Manager to drive commercial effectiveness and operational excellence across U.S. Areas by aligning sales processes, technology, reporting, and performance management with growth objectives.

The role partners with Sales Leadership to translate priorities into actionable programs, deliver insights for decision-making, and ensure consistent execution across the sales organization in Irvine, CA and surrounding offices.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power Point; analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical commercial planning processes (Budget, Forecast, SFO, Data Quality)
• Deliver strategic analysis and insights to leadership for growth and risk identification
• Drive optimization of workflows and scalable solutions to enhance sales productivity
• Manage and optimize commercial tools and platforms (STELLAR, GSIP+, GCPT, GCDB, Go!, Power BI, Snowflake)
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and timely executive reporting
• Partner with Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams to align initiatives with regional and national strategies
