Qualifications

• Generate sales of fire sprinkler systems, including wet pipe, dry pipe, pre-action, and deluge systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales of fire sprinkler systems for commercial and industrial markets.
• Develop market awareness, identify major installation projects, and grow the customer base.
• Stay informed on Hiller products, systems, and technologies.
• Conduct market research on potential customers and NFPA 13 trends.
• Generate leads by prospecting and networking with general contractors, architects, and facility managers.
• Provide technical guidance on sprinkler system types, NFPA 13 codes, and local standards.
• Assess occupancy and hazard to recommend suitable sprinkler solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations on sprinkler systems and hydraulics.
• Collaborate with fire protection engineers to design for complex layouts.
• Prepare and submit detailed sprinkler system proposals with specs and pricing.
• Submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Provide exceptional technical customer service on performance, maintenance or code issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
