SHI International Corp. is seeking a Commercial Solutions Engineer to collaborate with account teams and design tailored infrastructure solutions. This role involves working with various technologies across Data Center, Cloud, and Security sectors while reporting to the SHI Austin, TX office on a hybrid schedule.

Qualified candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 3-5 years in a similar position. Compensation is estimated between $100,000 and $140,000 annually, plus benefits including medical, dental, and 401K.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.
• Advanced certification in mainstream technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate customer data center environments.
• Design and propose tailored infrastructure solutions.
• Build and maintain technical relationships with OEMs.
• Provide product training and technical education.
• Manage the solution practice pipeline and identify technology opportunities.
