Qualifications

• Regulatory guidance experience including CRA, BSA, FCRA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Onboard commercial loans into loan systems.
• Coordinate with Loan Coordinators to ensure timely closings.
• Process incoming payments and verify accuracy.
• Resolve discrepancies with Agent Banks.
• Process advance requests, including wires.
• Handle loan conversions and rate change requests.
• Assist Lending Teams to maintain excellent client service.
• Communicate with clients to address questions.
• Assist imaging loan documents and balance work-in-progress accounts.
• Mentor junior associates when needed.

What You'll Be Doing

The Commercial Servicing Associate III is responsible for providing sufficient support for Commercial loans through onboarding and servicing responsibilities. This position will be located in our 100% Creve Coeur, MO.

What We're Looking For

• Onboard commercial loans into loan systems for various types of lending verticals.
• Work closely with Loan Coordinators to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of daily loan closings.
• Process incoming payments while ensuring payment accuracy is met.
• Work with Agent Banks to resolve discrepancies.
• Process advance requests, including submission to the wire department.
• Process conversion and rate change requests.
• Work with Lending Teams to provide and maintain a positive client experience through excellent customer service.
• Communicate with clients to answer questions and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with imaging loan documents and daily activity.
• Responsible for daily balancing of work in process accounts.
• May mentor junior-level associates as needed.

What You'll Bring

• Understand and comply with all regulations, including the Community Reinvestment Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, etc.
• Advanced knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures.
• When learning or teaching new things, select and use training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Education & Experience

• Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum Required: 4-6 years of relevant experience.

Licenses & Credentials

• Minimum Required: None.

Systems & Technology

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
