Job summary

Stifel is seeking a Commercial Servicing Associate II to provide support for Commercial loans through onboarding and servicing tasks. This on-site role is based in Creve Coeur, MO.

You will onboard loans, work with Loan Coordinators to ensure timely closings, process payments, and resolve discrepancies with Agent Banks. You’ll handle advanced requests and document imaging, assisting teammates on complex cases.

Qualifications

• Follow regulations including CRA, BSA, FCRA.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook; strong clerical skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Onboard commercial loans into the loan system.
• Coordinate with Loan Coordinators to ensure timely closings.
• Process incoming payments and ensure accuracy.
• Work with Agent Banks to resolve discrepancies.

What You'll Be Doing

The Commercial Servicing Associate II is responsible for providing sufficient support for Commercial loans through onboarding and servicing responsibilities. This position will be onsite in our Creve Coeur, MO office.

What We're Looking For

• Onboard commercial loans into the loan system for various types of lending verticals.
• Work closely with Loan Coordinators to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of daily loan closings.
• Process incoming payments while ensuring payment accuracy is met.
• Work with Agent Banks to resolve discrepancies.
• Process advance requests, including submission to the wire department.
• Process conversion and rate change requests.
• Assist with imaging loan documents and daily activity.
• Handle more complex situations and assist others with less experience.

What You'll Bring

• Understand and comply with all regulations, including the Community Reinvestment Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, etc.
• Intermediate knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Education & Experience

• Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum Required: 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Licenses & Credentials

• Minimum Required: None.

Systems & Technology

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
