The Commercial Services Specialist (CSS) provides network communication procurement and necessary maintenance of service providers. This includes requesting quotes, contracts, and delivery of network communications, and calling out network communications trouble calls and keeping up-to-date with ongoing service provider maintenance. This also includes working with internal customers on contracts and internal procedures.

Typical Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide deep analysis of CSS reporting and CSS duties
• Work in internal Acquisition tool to review requirements, assess the appropriate procurement method, communicate with vendors to gain quotes and procure items
• Attend various procurement meetings to address and answer procurement related questions
• Provide weekly and monthly reports
• Create and review procurement contracts
• Establish contracts with providers
• Update database to correct contact terms
• Terminate contracts when services are no longer needed
  
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Business or related discipline
• 4+ years related experience
• Proven Project Management experience
• Proven Contract Management experience
• Proven Financial Management experience e
• Must have strong customer service skills and exceptional communication skills
