Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Commercial Service Technician-Experienced or Trainees. Must safely lift 100 lbs overhead and have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Experience with commercial doors, roll-up/high-speed doors, hardware, and dock equipment is a plus. Training provided for trainees within a family-owned, nationwide company. Responsibilities include servicing doors and hardware, identifying product opportunities, and maintaining job paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to safely lift 100 pounds overhead.
• Experience with commercial entry doors and installation preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Service a wide range of commercial door and door hardware.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and maintain job-related paperwork and submit promptly.
• Operate in a safety-conscious manner at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Service a wide range of commercial door and door hardware

• Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties

Job Requirements:
