Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. seeks Commercial Door Technicians to service and repair commercial doors and related hardware in Dalton, GA and surrounding areas. Experience with roll-up doors, high-speed doors, and dock equipment is preferred; training is available for qualified candidates.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and maintain safety while delivering reliable service to commercial customers. Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude or related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds safely.

Responsibilities

• Repair a wide range of commercial doors and door hardware for roll-up, dock, and entry doors.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and maintain job-related paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
• Operate in a safety-conscious manner at all times while performing job duties.

King Door Company, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking Commercial Door Technicians for commercial doors and door related products in Dalton, GA and the surrounding areas. If you have experience working with commercial doors including roll-up doors, high-speed doors, door hardware, dock equipment or any similarly skilled trades in the commercial construction industry, we are also willing to train!

Job Responsibilities

• Repair a wide range of commercial doors and door hardware including roll up doors also known as dock doors, dock equipment, high speed rolling doors and commercial entry doors
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
• Track and maintain job related paperwork and submitting in a timely manner
• Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Preferred)
• Experience in a similar role or one that required a mechanical aptitude preferred
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder
• Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record
