The retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) is a hybrid role designed as a pipeline for future career growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care. This role involves serving customers by assessing needs, recommending products/services, performing entry-level vehicle services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services. Successful individuals will learn all aspects of store operations and switch between customer interaction and basic vehicle service tasks as needed.
Pay Range: $16.28 - $24.36
