Specializing in commercial service work for an array of different commercial clientele. Experience in the construction industry is a MUST.

Candidate Requirements

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients or employers about project expectations and goals
• Collaborate with clients/employers, finance teams, and other team members on budgeting and allocating funds
• Delegate tasks to appropriate team members
• Manage deadlines and progress across the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Organize third‑party providers and vendors for elements that cannot be produced in‑house
• Oversee project delivery and make adjustments as necessary to meet specifications and high standards
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers and other project users to gauge satisfaction and success
• Provide verbal and written communication to clarify project requirements and explain needs to employees and third‑party providers
• Pay attention to detail to ensure all specifications are met
• Apply problem‑solving abilities to correct challenges or inefficiencies for the best results
• Exercise decisiveness and good judgment to address pressing matters when time is limited
• Organize and manage time to handle multiple tasks, sometimes for multiple projects, at once
• Lead and motivate team members to make consistent progress
• Set realistic deadlines and strategize daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress
