Stryker Electric Contracting in Palm City, FL is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead multiple electrical construction projects from planning through closeout. You will partner with senior leadership, field teams, and the estimating department to drive on-time, on-budget results and ensure safety and quality across Central and South Florida.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management within commercial electrical contracting, strong communication and negotiation

• Work with vendors and subcontractors for timely, coordinated project integration
• Maintain strong working relationships with General Contractors and other project stakeholders
• Manage the financial health of projects, including budgets, forecasts, billings, and change orders
• Support field operations to ensure their success on projects
• Promote a strong, proactive safety culture
• Maintain organized project documentation

In this role, you'll partner directly with senior leadership, field teams, and our Estimating Department to drive successful project outcomes. If you are a hands‑on project leader with strong communication skills and a passion for guiding construction projects to successful outcomes, we want to hear from you.

Experience, Skills & Education:

• 5+ years as a Project Manager, three of which are in commercial electrical contracting
• Proficiency with Procore & Bluebeam is a plus
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills
• A BA or BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field -or- extensive OTJ training in construction management
• Valid Driver’s License
