Carrier Refrigeration is seeking a dedicated Commercial Service Account Manager to join our team in Connecticut. This role involves pursuing opportunities for service agreements, quick turn projects, and modernization efforts to ensure our customers operate effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Carrier HVAC Service products and solutions, including service agreements, repairs, and modernizations.
  • Create and maintain sales territory and account plans.
  • Present at customer seminars to develop relationships and opportunities.
  • Promote Carrier's value proposition aligning with customer objectives.
  • Utilize CRM for managing customer interactions and opportunities.
  • Attract new customers and build share with existing ones.
  • Identify and pursue new service agreement opportunities.
  • Build credibility through product knowledge.
  • Develop and sustain strong customer relationships.
  • Articulate the value of Carrier solutions effectively.
  • Recognize customer buying stages and adapt sales strategies.
  • Communicate effectively and prioritize opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to customer requirements and secure bookings.
  • Achieve sales metrics and targets consistently.
  • Negotiate service renewal agreements when needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Commercial HVAC sales.
  • Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work on roofs or platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Comfortable working in technical environments with Microsoft software.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience selling directly to end customers and service agreements.
  • Ability to cross-sell and upsell within existing customer bases.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Additional Details

Pay Range: $74,181 - $130,206 annually
