Job summary

Everon is seeking a Commercial Sales Consultant in New Jersey to grow market share for commercial intrusion, fire, access control and surveillance solutions. You will consult with customers, design integrated solutions and drive cross-selling across Everon’s portfolio.

The role emphasizes relationship building, market development and collaboration with product and operations teams, with base pay plus uncapped commissions and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in security/tech.
• Proficient with system design apps, bidding tools and MS Office.
• Experience with video surveillance, access control and fire is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop a new customer base to grow market share.
• Strengthen partnerships with existing commercial accounts.
• Generate leads via referrals, company-provided leads, networking, and cold calls.
• Manage territory resources to maximize daily production and relationships.
• Provide security consultations including design, scope of work and integration.
• Promote Everon's products and services; cross-sell where possible.
• Collaborate with product, manufacturing and operations teams.
