Job summary

You will negotiate with assigned house accounts, process orders, and oversee delivery while coordinating weekly bid schedules. Ideal candidates have 1+ year related experience and strong relationship, listening, negotiating and time-management skills, plus a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Prepare and manage daily customer quotations for commercial projects.
• Negotiate plan and specification jobs with assigned house accounts.
• Process customer orders, maintain order accuracy, and oversee the order fulfillment and delivery process.
• Coordinate and manage the weekly bid schedule, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Prioritize projects and collaborate with Commercial Territory Managers to align quoting responsibilities and bid objectives.
• Track and follow up on outstanding quotes, maintain open quote reports, update CRM records, and coordinate with third-party vendors.
• Support credit and collection activities while managing the order credit approval process to prevent delays.
