Job summary

Billion Automotive is seeking a Fleet Sales Consultant to drive government and commercial fleet sales and grow relationships with corporate clients. You will maintain contact with fleet accounts, solicit opportunities, forecast deliveries, and ensure quality service from inquiry to delivery, working with the New Vehicle department to meet quotas.

Qualified candidates have a valid driver’s license, sales experience, and strong analytical thinking; a self-starter who can meet goals independently

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Prior sales experience is required, fleet sales preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are essential.
• Self-starter able to meet goals working independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintains contact with federal, state, and local government agencies and utilities to secure fleet business.
• Solicits commercial fleet accounts.
• Ensures quality deliveries of all fleet sales.
• Acts as source for national and local courtesy deliveries (supplying specifications as needed for orders).
• Provides out-of-stock service for fleet accounts and local leasing companies in conjunction with new-vehicle department manager.
• Supplies new-vehicle department manager with monthly forecasts of fleet car and truck deliveries.
• Follows up on dealership payment for delivered fleet, lease company and commercial account vehicles routinely.
• Maintains professional appearance.
• Other tasks as assigned.
